The advertised hotel is Madinat Al Bahar Business & Spa Hotel. Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation. If unavailable, Akenn will offer a comparable property of similar category and standard, with any material price difference communicated before confirmation.

Yes. Tanzania e-visa assistance, visa fee and mandatory inbound travel insurance are included in the package price. Visa issuance remains subject to the relevant authorities.

Your visa application and travel arrangements will commence once the required 70% initial payment and documentation have been received. Once your visa has been issued, Akenn will reconfirm flight and hotel availability before final confirmation. Any applicable additional cost will be communicated for your approval before confirmation.

Airfare, hotel rates and availability can change during the visa process. If an advertised flight or hotel is no longer available, Akenn will propose a comparable alternative. Where the alternative carries an additional cost, the difference will be communicated for your approval before confirmation.

A 70% initial payment is required to commence your visa application and travel arrangements. The remaining 30% balance is payable once your visa has been issued and the final travel arrangements are ready for confirmation.

You will need your passport biodata page and a recent coloured passport photograph on a white background. Your international passport should have a minimum of six months validity from your travel date. If booking for more than one traveller, passport biodata pages and passport photographs for the additional traveller(s) are also required.

Akenn will verify your payment and documentation and proceed with your visa application and travel arrangements. No. The applicable hotel/infrastructure tax is payable directly to the hotel on arrival. For two guests sharing, the current estimated amount is US$60 in total. For single occupancy, the estimated amount is US$30. The final amount is subject to the hotel’s applicable charge.
